Vegan, Grain-Free, Low-Fat Recipes!

Most of these recipes are literally various combinations of the above ingredients while also being low in fat (cause eating nut-butters for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, isn’t gonna help you feel your best). I have tried *so many* recipes over the last eight years and *so many* different diets: this site is about the winners! Recipes you will come back to time and time again. (or at least, I do!)

Primarily, these recipes are geared for the Medical Medium community but there are many others who also fit into this way of eating so it’s a win-win. It is so hard to find low-ish fat recipes that DON’T have gluten, corn, egg, soy, dairy, canola, nutritional yeast, sugar, vinegar …and actually taste good! This is why I decided to start posting my own little collection of favourite recipes. After tasting hundreds and hundreds of recipes, the ones on this website are long-standing favourites not only because they follow all the dietary rules, but also because they’re simple and fast to make. I also work full-time, parent, cook, grocery shop, clean my own home, etc, etc. There just isn’t time to be spending hours a day scrolling through recipe sites.
