Celery Juice
If you were to start with one change that would transform your healing, it would be to start every day with 16oz of Celery Juice (500ml). I cannot speak highly enough of this simple, yet completely effective way to change your life for the better. The trick is to drink it on an empty stomach! So make sure you drink it right when you wake up and wait about 20-30mins before you eat. If you also drink lemon water in the a.m., you can drink the lemon water first and then 20-30mins after that, drink the celery juice.
I can’t really speak enough about this drink. Really, you just have to try it for yourself and see the changes. You will see immediate results! Aside from clearing up digestive issues, your energy will increase and your skin will glow.
If you start drinking a full 16oz and you don’t feel well right away, don’t worry! You might have a lot of toxins built up in your system. That happened to me. Celery Juice is extremely detoxifying and very powerful. At first if the detox effect is too intense, drink a little less and work your way up. I literally had to start with only two stick of celery per day and work my way up from there. So, if you’ve got some detox symptoms (fatigue, heart burn, acid reflux) then start with what you are able to handle and work your way up. It took me about two months to be able to handle a full 500ml (16oz). My husband on the other hand, could drink the full amount immediately without any detox symptoms. Everyone is different. The key is to try it and see what works best for you until you reach 16oz or more.

- 1 bunch celery Organic is best
Directions
- Cut off the end of the celery bunch
- Lightly rinse the celery stalks
- (optional) Take the leaves off of the stalks
- Run the stalks through the juicer until you have 500ml or 16oz of juice
- Drink the juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning then wait at least 20mins before eating breakfast.
