Successfully complete the Liver Rescue 3 6 9 cleanse by Medical Medium

I have done the original Liver Rescue Cleanse six times. Have you read the books by Anthony Williams Liver Rescue or Cleanse to Heal? They are some of the most life-changing books I have ever read. The original Liver Rescue 3:6:9 cleanse offered is out of this world, literally, and has boosted my health forward in ways that I would’ve never dreamed possible. (You will find the cleanse in both books.)

Liver Rescue and Cleanse to Heal are the books you need to consult in order to do this cleanse but I recommend purchasing them! (It’s best in this case to read the instructions for this cleanse directly from the source, so buy one of the books and enjoy!) Also, I couldn’t imagine consulting these books digitally. There are charts, recipes, and all kinds of info that you need to flip around for daily, so it’s definitely easier owning a hard copy.

I get profound results every time I do the 369 cleanse. I have healed from:

• SIBO

• gastritis

• heart burn

• recurring infections (UTIs, Bronchitis, Sinus, Cavities)

• weight gain

• brain fog

• and food intolerances to Dairy, Gluten, and Eggs

I’ve also healed from:

• stagnated creativity

• shutting my emotions down

• a tendancy to withdraw and isolate when hurt

• not being honest with how I truly feel

• caring too much about what the wrong people think about me

• hiding who I am, deep down (although I’m sure this is a life-long journey)

Afterward, especially after the last few times I’ve done the cleanse, I’ve felt better than I have in my entire life. Unlike so many other cleanses out there, this one will truly heal you. I have had emotional, spiritual, physical, and huge creative breakthroughs!

Tips to be Successful

PLANNING the TIMING: For the first time you do this cleanse, it might be good to plan most of the cleanse to roll into your vacation time. I know, it’s kind of a bummer to be on a liver cleanse instead of going to Hawaii, but if you’re doing a staycation anyway, do the cleanse. It’s a perfect time. Also, don’t waste all of your vacation time on cleansing (you need to live too). Once you know how your body will react to this cleanse, then you can plan future rounds in a way that works for you.

I have found that I can work usually for the first four days, but I like the 5th, 6th, and 9th days off. Basically, I work for the first four days but try to plan the last five days into a holiday. If you do this too, it will hopefully give you some left over days to feel awesome and be social. I often do a cleanse just rolling into Spring Break, Winter Break, Summer Break, and on one or two of the long weekends.

*Quick note about cleansing in the Winter. It’s harder. Eating raw food makes you feel cold. The food cold, tied in with already cold weather, makes it more uncomfortable than cleansing in the summer. Traditional Chinese Medicine advises to cleanse when the weather gets warmer but I have done the cleanse in Winter (I live in the Pacific Northwest) and I got a huge health boost! I just wore a big wool sweater and wool socks to stay warm.

PLANNING the GROCERIES: These groceries really add up cost wise. Also, I found that my appetite really dwindles on days 5 & 6. I wasted a lot of money and food the first time I did this cleanse because I bought too much. Plus, afterward I never wanted to eat another brussels sprout again! (Obvs, I did, but I was so tired of steamed brussels sprouts after the cleanse.)

I have found that it works best for me to do a few grocery shops during the cleanse and just get what I need for the few days at a time. Before you start the cleanse though make sure that everything is in stock in the stores! (i.e. sometimes it can be hard to find pitaya, asparagus, and brussels sprouts). If you’re the cook in the family like me, I also plan super easy to prep foods for the rest of my family (soup, pasta, roasted meat with brown rice, etc). Whatever is easy for your situation.

DAY 1-3: Every time I feel waves of doubt and a complete lack of self-confidence in my ability to do the cleanse. If you feel this way, commit to doing the cleanse and build a relationship with your body. You are being given an opportunity to build trust and it will help on subsequent cleanses. On these days, your liver tidies up your body. If you push through the doubt, you will be so thankful and proud of yourself. Just be aware that you might feel every reason to quit during these first 3 days.

DAY 4-6: These are the days of the deep cleaning. You will be at the height of your detoxing on days 5 and 6 and most-likely will feel drained and sick-ish. A few times when I’ve done this cleanse, I was also incredibly nauseous on these days. Strangley enough, I feel encouraged by feeling sick because I know something is happening so I usually haven’t felt tempted to quit during these days. Your journey might look different, but these are the days that deep cleaning and healing occur, and I’ve always found that these are the days I need to stay home (esp. for Day 6). Keep with the cleanse though, you can do it!

DAY 7-9: I start to feel really good (and thirsty!) on these days and have found that I’m able to work without any complications (although you’ll be steaming asparagus in the staff room for lunch and your morning routine will take a bit longer as you get all the lunch stuff ready).

On day 9 specifically, you will probably feel good but it’s tricky to do anything because you will need to be blending and juicing every 30 minutes. I have done Day 9 at a good friend’s place before (I just brought my melons along and we hung out while she drank her latte and I blended my melons). By the way, aside from the mandatory drinks, I go through 4 melons throughout the day. Also, I found that I got hugely nauseous when I would chug the melon all in one go. It works better to sip on the melon as you need rather than downing 32oz in one go.
