Creamy Avocado Tahini Dip
Can a dip be a dream come true? Creamy, warming, refreshing, filling…I can’t say enough about this dip. Time and time again, I come home hungry and want to eat something comforting, satisfying, as well as, warming. This Avocado Tahini Cumin dip wins every time! (When you live in the north, a bowl of mangoes just won’t cut it when it’s been cold and rainy outside for months.) This dip takes two seconds to make and the great part is that it always hits the spot!
We’ve got Sahara Rose to thank for this heavenly combo which I found in her cookbook, “Eat, Feel, Fresh.” For some reason this dip always turns out a little different every time I make it (probably because I’m usually in such a hurry that I never measure the ingredients) but every time is a win. By the way, this picture does NOT do this recipe justice. (I’ll retake a photo asap.)
This is also keto-friendly (for when your keto friends come over), paleo, vegan, raw, suitable during the Medical Medium 28-day cleanse (a half recipe) and pretty much perfect for every occasion. In fact, the only trouble is trying to pace yourself while eating this and maintaining some sort of decency. The temptation to lick the bowl afterward is real. (Don’t say I didn’t warn you.)
